House Rules & Studio Policies
At Sculpt House London, we are committed to creating a calm, welcoming, and respectful environment for everybody who walks through our doors. These studio policies are designed to ensure the best possible experience for our clients and team.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class to allow yourself time to settle in and prepare for your session.
To maintain a smooth and safe class experience, late entry is not permitted once class has started. Doors may be locked at the beginning of class to avoid disruption and ensure all clients complete the warm-up safely.
Age Requirement
Clients must be 16 years or older to attend classes.
Clients under 18 must have parental or guardian consent completed prior to participation.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
All classes must be booked in advance through our booking platform.
We operate an 12-hour cancellation policy:
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before class will return the credit to your account.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class credit being forfeited.
Due to the limited number of reformers available in each class, this policy allows us to accommodate waitlisted clients fairly.
Waitlist Policy
If a class is fully booked, clients may join the waitlist.
Should a space become available, you may automatically be added into the class and notified via email or SMS. If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist as early as possible to avoid being added into a class you can no longer attend.
Standard cancellation policies apply once added into class.
Memberships & Packages
Memberships and class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.
Founding Membership rates are exclusive and cannot be reinstated once cancelled.
