Welcome to Sculpt House London™, operated by Sculpt House Reformer Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking systems, memberships, classes, and studio services. By booking classes or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Website & Information Accuracy
We aim to ensure all information provided on our website and booking platforms is accurate and up to date.
However, we do not guarantee that all content will always be error-free, complete, or current.
We reserve the right to modify services, schedules, pricing, instructors, and website content at any time without prior notice.
3. Bookings & Payments
All classes, memberships, and packages must be booked and paid for in advance through our approved booking platform.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store payment card information.
Certain memberships may renew automatically on a recurring basis unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
4. Cancellation, Lateness & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel classes at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within the 18-hour cancellation window will result in the class credit being forfeited.
Lateness Policy
Clients arriving more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time may not be permitted entry for health and safety reasons due to missing the warm-up portion of class.
In these circumstances, the session credit will be forfeited.
Refund Policy
Memberships, class packages, and promotional offers are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds will only be considered where required under applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Membership Terms
Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via the booking platform or by emailing hello@sculpthouselondon.com.
Memberships and class credits cannot be shared, transferred, exchanged, or resold.
Introductory offers are limited to one per client unless otherwise stated.
6. Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in classes.
Any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancies, or health concerns must be disclosed prior to participation.
Participation in classes is undertaken voluntarily and at the client’s own risk.
We reserve the right to refuse participation where we believe it may pose a health or safety risk.
7. Studio Etiquette
To maintain a welcoming and respectful environment for all clients:
Please arrive early and ready to begin class on time.
Mobile phones should remain on silent during class.
Grip socks may be required for hygiene and safety purposes.
Clients must respect instructors, staff, fellow clients, and studio property at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour.
8. Liability
Sculpt House Reformer Ltd shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings occurring within the studio or during participation in classes, except where caused by proven negligence.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
9. Privacy & GDPR
We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
By using our services, you acknowledge that your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Health information provided by clients is treated as sensitive personal data and processed only for the purpose of ensuring safe participation in classes.

10. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, studio content, class concepts, photography, videos, website content, and materials are the intellectual property of Sculpt House Reformer Ltd.
“Sculpt House London™” is a protected trademark and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website with a revised effective date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
